Something I noticed about California: they really like Mexican fusion. I’ve seen Indian/Mexican fusion (chicken tiki masala taco?! delicious), i’ve seen japanese/mexican fusion, and also KOREAN/MEXICAN FUSION! Some wonderful human being out there decided to create the Kogi BBQ taco truck, which is… exactly what it’s name implies.

I have many other interest besides food. For example, fashion. I was actually thinking about creating a sister blog to this website called Fashion Slut. haha!
